1. Mr. Nipun Verma, (DIN 02923423) is an Executive Director of the Company. He holds a  graduate degree from Lancaster University, United Kingdom in 2009. He has an extensive background and experience in Planning, Restructuring Operations, Export Marketing, International Business Relations, Collaborations and Joint Ventures. He joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from October 27, 2010. He has been appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f. November 01, 2012.

2. Mr. Arvind Srivastava, (DIN 01957831) is the Non-executive Director of the Company. He holds a graduate degree of Law and MBA from Allahabad University. He has vast experience in foreign trade and has visited more than 85 countries on work related to the export promotion He joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from September 24, 2010. He has been designated as Non-executive Director of the Company w.e.f. August 03, 2024

3. Mrs. Poonam Singh,  (DIN 07099937) is an Independent Director of the Company. She holds a graduate degree from Delhi University. She has wide experience in Management and administration of business. She joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from September 28, 2016. She has been designated as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. August 03, 2024 for the period of 5 years.
